Terms of Service

The rules for using Promoveu: what the platform does, what falls to the companies that run affiliate programs and what falls to affiliates.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

About these terms

These terms govern the use of Promoveu, the affiliate-program platform operated by NZK TECNOLOGIA LTDA (“NZK”, “we”). By signing in to Promoveu or joining a program through it, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Definitions

  • Client company: the company that runs an affiliate program on Promoveu.
  • Team: the people the client company invites to manage the program in Promoveu's dashboard.
  • Affiliate: someone who signs up to a client company's program to refer customers in exchange for a commission.
  • Portal: the program's site where the affiliate signs up, creates links and follows commissions and payouts.
  • Conversion: a real payment the client company reports to Promoveu from its own server.

Accounts and sign-in

  • Client companies are created by NZK. Team members join by invitation, valid for 7 days.
  • Affiliates sign up in each program's portal. One account serves every program they join, and each program has its own terms, which the affiliate accepts on joining.
  • There are no passwords: you sign in through a link sent to your email, valid for 15 minutes and usable once, or with your Google or Apple account. Whoever controls your email controls your account, so keep it secure.
  • Sign-up details must be true and up to date. The affiliate's CPF or CNPJ is used to check the receiver of payouts.

What Promoveu does

Promoveu identifies who referred a customer, follows the conversion, calculates what the affiliate earned and controls the payment of that commission. It is not a checkout, a payment method, a CRM or a marketing platform.

  • A click on a referral link is recorded by a script on the client company's site, which sets a cookie with the click code (see Cookies).
  • The customer is attributed to the affiliate of the last click within the program's period, when they sign up with the client company. Later clicks do not change that attribution.
  • Only payments the client company reports from its own server earn a commission. The cookie alone proves no sale.

What falls to the client company

  • Setting its program's rules and terms, and approving, rejecting, suspending or closing affiliates.
  • Reporting its customers' sign-ups, payments and refunds to Promoveu faithfully.
  • Informing its site's visitors about the referral cookie and handling its customers' data under the LGPD, as their controller.
  • Keeping its API keys and the credentials of any provider it connects secret.
  • Paying affiliates the commissions that become available, under its program's rules.

What falls to the affiliate

  • Following the terms of each program they join.
  • Promoting links only to the pages the program allows, without misleading whoever clicks.
  • Not referring themselves to earn a commission: when the program does not allow self-referral, a customer who is the affiliate earns no commission.
  • Keeping their payment details correct.

Commissions

  • Each client company sets its program's commissions: a percentage or a fixed amount, once, for some months or for as long as the customer pays, and a holding period before the commission becomes available.
  • Each real payment earns its own commission, never before the payment. A fixed commission never exceeds the payment that earned it.
  • A refund reduces the commission in the same proportion, without deleting history. If the commission was already paid, the difference is deducted from the next payout.

Payouts

  • The affiliate requests a payout of the available balance, or the client company generates one for them; either way the program's minimum applies.
  • The client company reviews and approves each payout. It is paid by Pix, to the key the affiliate registered.
  • Manual mode: the client company makes the Pix outside Promoveu and marks the payout as paid.
  • Automatic mode: the Pix leaves the BrasilCash account the client company connected, after the receiver is checked. If the account has no balance, the payout waits and is tried again.
  • Commission money never passes through NZK. The client company pays the affiliate.

Own domains

Each program has a portal at a Promoveu address and may use a domain of the client company's own, connected through Cloudflare (Cloudflare for SaaS). The company must own the domain, which only works once verified. When the company removes a domain, links published on it stop working; commissions already recorded still stand.

Suspension and closing

  • The client company may suspend an affiliate to investigate what happened, which holds payouts while it lasts, or close their participation, paying what is owed.
  • NZK may disable a client company. While it is disabled, affiliates still sign in to the portal and see their balance and history, but cannot generate new links.
