QUESTIONS

What everyone asks before getting started.

Does the money pass through Promoveu?

No. Your customers pay through your gateway, just as they do today. Payouts leave your own account: automatically through one of our bank integrations, or manually, with you marking them as paid. Promoveu calculates, organizes and records.

Do affiliates see the Promoveu brand?

The portal carries your name, your logo and your colors. On Starter it lives at yourprogram.promoveu.com.br; from Growth up, it lives on your own domain, with no Promoveu brand anywhere.

Do I need to change my checkout or gateway?

No. Promoveu is neither a checkout nor a gateway. You keep selling as you do today and report each sale through the script, the API or a webhook. Attribution happens on the server, with nothing changing for your customer.

Does it work with subscriptions?

Yes. Every paid renewal earns a new commission, recurring forever or for a number of months you choose. If the subscription is canceled, the next commissions stop there.

What if the customer asks for a refund?

The commission is reversed automatically, without erasing history. If it is still in the hold period, it never reaches the affiliate's balance; if it was already paid, it becomes a negative adjustment on the next payout.
